Upon inspection found drain lines were not glued and had come undone. Glued new pvc pipe in place. No leaks at this time.

Service Call Platinum Client did not find actual issue with heatpump pressure were 108/373 @ 55 ambient line temp approximately 160 however indoor coil and air handler is in very poor condition we have had to come and add charge every spring before AC is used do belive the indoor metering device to be faulty . did reccomend replacing indoor airhanlder and did set up lead. as of the whooshing noise I did replicate the sound with unit and did confirm that is it. the reason it was not heard before was due to unit being overcharged in ac season and more refrigerate being added to achieve subcooling which while in heating mode would cause overcharge due to indoor metering device acting as a free flow at that cycle. unit was not running in heating mode it was high pressuring out thus never letting coil get cold enough to need to defrost.
