The technician came when he said he would and very quickly and efficiently got his work done. The worksite was clean probably cleaner than it was when he got here. He also did a plumbing inspection and fixed another small problem while he was here and very short order. I would highly recommend Anthony Lewis to anybody who needs a plumber.

Service Fee-Platinum Customer Found system to have a 8 degree sub-cooling with a superheat of 40. Added charge to system to see if txv will respond it did not. Cranked fan speeds to highest setting and txv still did not respond. Believe txv to have lost its bulb charge. No allowing valve to open. Customer has known leak and evap appears to be oily quoted coil and txv replacement. And refrigerant. Customer wants to explore other options such as replacing possibly (did explain unit is u see warranty ) customer will call in
Service Fee-Platinum Customer found blower wheel to be extremely dirty, causing blower motor to fail blower motor is locked up most likely due to stress caused by dirt. System is 20+ years old and is in poor condition. Previous technician noted. Secondary collection box leaking and or inducer motor issues. Do you strongly recommend replacing system due to age versus efficiency. And taking a vantage of buy one get one free deal. Customer is going to call in later to decide if she wants repair and or a lead. Adjusted price as much as I Could Customer did mention financial issues.
Adjust the shower faucet, tighten the vanity faucet and replace the kitchen drain assembly
Poorly installed evaporator coil and duct. Found flue disconnected and wiring connections to be loose. Need to return to quote duct mods. Customer wants to have duct redone properly
Replace automatic air vents and failed circulator pump, adjusted auto fill valve and bleed air from boiler loop.
Diagnosed noise is due to air in the boiler loop. Found automatic fill valve not functioning unless operated manually, found automatic air vent to be leaking and has water constantly flowing out of it. These two failures have lead to the boiler being low on water. Water pressure is approximately 7psi, pressure should be between 10-15psi. Refilled and bled boiler

Service No Charge Upon inspection found units 10x20 dampener failing. Needs replaced. Waiting on price from dealer.
