Customer said furnace would not maintain temperature. Was only running in low heat. Furnace had been running for at least an hour when I arrived. Installer did not turn off eco+ on the thermostat (see picture) and installer did not set the auto staging dip switch (see picture) so the furnace would only run in low heat. Humidity level inside the home was 61%, humidistat was set between 60-65%. Customer had been adjusting humidistat to try and clear up moisture on windows. I Adjusted humidistat down to about 30% and explained 30-50% is comfortable humidity. Also explained that the extreme cold outside and warm temperature inside will cause condensation on the windows.

Service Call Platinum Client: signed up for maintenance plan and performed the up on hvac system. replaced capacitor on ac. customer expressed interest in new system for add on attached to the site of the house. scheduling appointment with Comfort advisor for new minisplit or ducted split system.
Description of work performed for Warranty Customer
Service Call back: After removal of furnace door the previous day to investigate noise issue the thermostat lost its program due to old corroded batteries and cycling of power from the furnace. Returned and replaced customer provided batteries and checked thermostat programming. Everything checks out good.
Service Call Platinum Client: Arrived to investigate loud furnace. Upon arrival the furnace sounds really good with no issues.
