I did reply to another survey request. My appointment was between 8 and 9. I called at 9 and was told that technician was in a meeting and would be there in about 30 minutes. It would have been nice if your company would have called and informed me about this delay. In addition, the tech could not find my house and went up the alley. He asked what turned out to be my wife where I lived. My house number is on the pillar by the sidewalk and over the front porch. Don't know why he couldn't find my address. He didn't really explain the new service plan to me and I asked the gentleman at the office to explain it when I went to pay the bill. I do like Groggs and will continue to call your company for service.
