Changed condenser fan motor under warranty, installed surge protection on hvac equipment, and installed new thermostat.
3 yr old York ac has a failed condenser fan motor. Will order new one under warranty and add surge protection when we return with part. Installed plasma pure air cleaner on todays visit to help with odor in the home. Also scheduled duct cleaning for June 15th.
Aprilaire 8448 Non-Programmable Multi-Stage Heat/Cool or Heat Pump Thermostat
Performed Platinum Comfort Club Membership Tune-Up on Cooling System. Performed maintenance on 2014 Payne package unit system. All checks good at this time. Customer does not use natural gas but has heat strips and uses propane for space heaters. Breakers all inside cabinet w/ 3 disconnects by unit.
Arrived and found blower motor failed. Need to replaced motor. System is in need of maintenance.
Arrived and found run capacitor r failed. 35/5 mfd run cap replaced under parts warranty. Checked system operation and refrigerant pressure and sub cooling levels. No other problems at this time.
