Tech. checked out the system and located the defective electronic card causing the problem. The card needed to be ordered so cooling system was left so we could use until parts come. Satisfied with the service and on a holiday weekend to boot. Thanks!

PERFORMED HVAC SERVICE FOR CUSTOMER
Connected new humidistat, turned on water, jumped 24v verified solenoid opening, set stat to 35, customer will let us know if issues occur.
Platinum maintenance check complete, ok at this time. Need to schedule to change steam humidifier canister. Do not have any in stock at this time. Replacements have been ordered.
Rewired power vent and furnace wiring, ok at this time.
Returning to diagnose tomorrow afternoon- call Adam R with questions.
Need to contact standard air to order drain for humidifier.
Found exhaust fan failed need to get replacement

Customer already paid installed dye to system
Unit was off for code 15, dc bus undervoltage. Contacted tech support, incoming voltage was 252-254, was told that voltage is high, not allowing inverter to turn on compressor. After powering down and powering back on, was able to get unit to start. Allowed unit to run, checked pressure, and amps, ok at this time. Power company needs to be contacted per tech support due to incoming voltage to unit, and unitâ€™s allowable voltage.
Platinum service tune up found upstairs fuse tripped restored power and system operating properly at this time. Proformed platinum check.
