Service was ok. Didn't like the attitude. I felt like I was being called a liar about the circumstances. Also this is the second time this guy has come out and found that something hadn't been done right. I have had the humidifier for 2 years and am just now being told it was not hooked up. Felt like he was saying I had done something to unhook it. I had to pay for something that should have been done 2 years ago.
Humidifier drain tube missing, added 1/2â€ nylon tubing to tie into existing 3/4â€ pvc. Unclear what happened to the tubing at this time, humidity level was 58% at time of service so I wasnâ€™t able to run humidifier sustainability but it was very evident that leak was a result of missing drain line. Changed aa413 and checked hum pad. All checks good
Arrived and found flame sensor dirty. Cleaned flame sensor and system is operating properly at this time.
Installed LP conversion kit. Adjusted pressures and system is operating properly at this time.
Checked system for information to get ready to switch furnace to use propane. Ordering from Virginia air, will return at a later date to switch everything around.
Invoice for rough in. Second phase
Preformed heating check. There was a vent not putting out any airflow, checked flex duct in attic and found it kinked. Propped it up with a board and air is flowing out of vent.
Replaced blower motor and capacitor.
Arrived to find blower starting very strained, drawing 12.7;amps upon start up. Also very loud when furnace blower comes on. Ordering new *gene*
Install New Ruud Variable speed furnaces and 2-Stage Air Conditioners, duct systems, filters, thermostats
Arrived to find unit not able to run at all, furnace control board not operating, no spark or operation. Furnace is in very poor condition, due to age and condition factors the best recommendation I can make is replacement unit. Customer needs a bid, sheâ€™s talking to spouse
