Service was ok. Didn't like the attitude. I felt like I was being called a liar about the circumstances. Also this is the second time this guy has come out and found that something hadn't been done right. I have had the humidifier for 2 years and am just now being told it was not hooked up. Felt like he was saying I had done something to unhook it. I had to pay for something that should have been done 2 years ago.

Service Call Platinum Client Arrived to find ignitor failed. After replacing found furnace is short cycling. Checked gas pressures and heat rise furnace is not going out on limit. Board is failing to provide voltage to gas valve. Customer wants to let system run how it is for now. Recommended replacement. Customer going to call in for quotes.
Performed Platinum Comfort Club Membership Tune-Up on Heating System - cleaned and checked operation of furnace. Changed 20-25-4 filter. Tested capacitor, checked drain and condensate pump, cleaned flame sensor and ran combustion analysis and found no issues. Recommend surge protector for equipment.
Performed Platinum Comfort Club Membership Tune-Up on Cooling System - anniversary check on the air conditioner. Recommend surge protector for equipment. Discussed service contract with the customer.
