Did full inspection of airhandler age of manufacturing was 2005 and operating properly with a 40 degree rise with electric heat strips. Only problem found was mold Scores on blower motor, cases, and evaporator coil recommend UV bulb to help kill the mold. Heat pump out side manufacturing 2017 and operating properly with a 24 degree temp rise. Full system operating properly at this time.
System leaking R22, bid set up for tomorrow.
Customer needs to reschedule for this afternoon.
