Right Bowl Lavatory is not Hooked up to Main Drain in Crawl Space.
Service No Charge Upon inspection found unit to have an intermediate flame sensor. With no access to it due to brick wall.
Performed Platinum Comfort Club Membership Tune-Up on Heating System Checked and cleaned all electrical connections in customers package unit. Cleaned flame sensor. Ran combustion Analysis.
Service Call Platinum Client Found ignitor to be failed replaced ignitor and adjusted gas pressures cycled furnace multiple times no issues. However furnace is in very poor condition unit did pass combustion analysis. At this time also strongly recommended replacing system but customer declined at this time.
Service Call Fee: Upon inspection found unit to have a failed high limit switch.

Performed Platinum Comfort Club Membership Tune-Up on Heating System Checked gas pressures and checked capacitor values as well as amperage’s. Recommended Plasma Air IAQ to prevent dust from getting worse in the system. System is operating as intended
Performed Platinum Comfort Club Membership Tune-Up on Cooling System Checked and cleaned all electrical connections. Checked running refrigerant pressures. Found one unit to have a failing capacitor. Replaced old capacitor with a new 45/5 capacitor.
Service No Charge After replacing the failed motor I found that the control board has also failed. Board has been ordered and should arrive tomorrow.
Service Call Platinum Client Ordered warranty blower motor. Part should be in tomorrow. Customer my have scheduling issues Thursday could be soonest we can replace it.
