Service No Charge Arrived and talked to the customer again about the benefits of replacing the system rather than cleaning and making repairs. Also talked with Keith about updating the quote for a new system. Told the customer that I wouldn’t be able to add refrigerant today due to the temperature outside. Customer agreed to hold off on repairs and update the quote to now include a blower cleaning and evaporator coil cleaning with a maintenance membership renewal. If customer still does not decide to move forward with a new system they can reschedule repairs for a later date.
