Service Call back both downstairs furnaces have blown fuses on the control board. replaced fuses. systems operating normally. possible overcurrent or surge situation advised customer to keep an eye on the system and call if it happens again.
Service No Charge Furnace electric with ac the evaporator coil is extremely dirty preventing the water to drain into the pan drains are clear but coils is plugged.
Service No Charge did find unit locked out on water circuit open did find pump to be uphill of drain possibly causing issue cleared fault did adjust fan speed to accommodate heat rise on econet did run furnace for a pump cycle did drain and pump no issue
