After seeing a voltage fault code on our thermostat, I called Groggs and within 90 minutes, Robert a.k.a. Leroy Beck arrived. He listened, asked questions, checked our system inside and outside to make sure there was no problem. Leroy is knowledgeable, polite and efficient. The fault was simply a result of a brief power outage! As soon as communication was restored within the system, the error code was reset.
