for your information i have told each representative about the air registers in my living room and have not yet received a response from grogg. when they were originally put in they did not fit. the installers broke off the part that enables you to close them and said they would later bring registers that would work. it has been almost been 3 years and we still have not had a response.
Matt, the service tech arrived and promptly went to work. He was cordial and professional. He did all required work on both our units. I enjoyed the experience
It’s as if Corey knew what the problem was before he got here. Within 15 minutes after arriving he had the unit running. He explained everything he was doing as he done it. Great job.
Above and beyond to get it done is shorts time with professional attitude
Your tech Klye went above and beyond to make sure that our problems were solved and that we had heat on one of the worst cold nights of the season. Kyle is to be commended and he is an employee that others should strive to be.
Just a note of thanks and appreciation to Grogg’s Heating and Air and to our technician Fred from the Parkersburg area. Amid all of the COVID 19 going’s on, we received a phone call from our local office and was advised the we were due a follow-up service from last year. We scheduled this for today Wed. the 25th and Fred contacted us ahead of the advised time and said that he was in the area and could come by and take care of our service. As I mentioned, this is in the midst of the Corona scare and I had concerns about our safety and his wellbeing also. Fred was VERY understanding and showed a lot of respect for our concerns, he advised me that he would respect our concerns and would do the service call or reschedule if we felt the need to. He made mention to me, as we all have heard that PPE are very scarce and hard to get so I provided some gloves and he proceeded to take care of our service and he kept our distance and the whole call went off very well and we renewed our service agreement with Grogg’s for another year. Hats off and much appreciated thanks to Fred and the Grogg’s team !!
