Cleaned dirty flame sensor. Preformed heating check.
Clogged condensation trap, high amp draw on inducer motor and also had a grinding noise. Recommended replacement unit for dependability moving forward to avoid potentially high repair cost
Observed so moisture developing in bottom right corner of unit. Discovered several collector box screws not completely tightened, giving reason of leak. Also cleared all drainage and treated trap as it had a lot of debris in it
Preformed heating check
Arrived to find control board flashing code 31 for pressure draft safe guard. Checked vent for any obstruction and found none. Found pressure switch to be stuck open. Blew into it to close it and started ignition sequence. Furnace fired up and is operating correctly at this time. Turned furnace on and off several times to test that issue did not persist.
Performed annual maintenance on furnace.
Remove 5- water coils and air handlers, add gas furnaces to 1st floor, heat pump 2nd floor, venting for each system, cap off water lines, run gas to furnaces, duct mods to accommodate size of system
Installed 2 3/4 fernco adapters and cleaned drain line about 10 ft reconnected and ran 2.5 gallons of hot water down drain to check operation
Installed blower motor under warranty. Installed surge protector.
Performed annual maintenance on air conditioner.
Plumbing Service- Hot water tank repair
Found extremely aged unit very low on refrigerant, condenser unit was plugged up not cooling, i advised customer that attempts to repair unit would come at an extremely high cost with not guarantee due to system having a leak. Recommended replacement system scheduled consultation with home comfort advisor today
