Misc. supplies -capped of and abandoned line off of main sewer that was leaking into crawl space
Performed Platinum Comfort Club Membership Tune-Up on Heating System Cleaned and checked operation of 4 month old furnaces. Filters were still in good condition. Verified working status of surge protection. Drain inside furnace was not connected, hooked drain up and everything is working properly.
Service Call Platinum Client 4 ton air conditioning low on r410 and plugged up condenser coil. Cleaned and charged. Unit running with good pressures 120/290 subcooling 10/12 degrees.
Service Call Platinum Client- customer had water leaking from furnace through the ceiling. Found drain line was clogged at drain pan connection. Cut pipe, cleared debris, reassembled pipe, and poured dish soap and water through pan and drain to help clean. Furnace does not have a emergency drain pan under the furnace. Did cooling maintenance today. Did not have filters for systems on my van, ordering through re michel. Systems are old and customer wishes to replace them, estimate is scheduled today 1-3.
