Commercial Service Fee: compressor overheating, shutting the system off. found the system was low on r22 after cooling off the compressor. the system ran for about 15 minutes until overheating again. The outdoor coil is clean but restricted due to fins being pressed in. cooled compressor with water while charging, the system ran well for about 20 minutes before overheating again. 60 amp 3phase breaker on a 40amp max. multiple ac units are all very close to each other. scheduled lead for replacement between 1-3 pm.
