Service Call Fee: Mini split was low on refrigerant. Had to add 2lbs. Ran equipment on heat high pressures and check connections and evaporator but couldn’t find the leak. Might be a very small one. We have to wait until it gets more aggressive and we can find it and replaced or repair source of leak. I am attaching a quote for maintenance plan on both systems. Perhaps have equipment checked this coming fall.

Service Call Fee: Water Pressure is Excessive - 100psi. Thermal Expansion Tank Did Not Have Proper Air Pressure in it. Set Thermal Expansion Tank at 78psi and Gave Quote to Install Water Pressure Regulator and Dual Check Backflow Preventer.
Service Call Platinum Client Arrived to find the disconnect left off by last technician due to the system being low on refrigerant. System still is low on refrigerant. Outdoor temperature is too low at 45° to properly charge it without pulling out what is left and weighing in the charge. Customer does not want to do a warranty coil and will call us back when the weather is warmer to recharge his system to operating pressures.
Performed 17 Point Labor Warranty Check extending Labor Warranty for a one year period.
