HVAC Unit Installation: Responding to a residential client's need for a comprehensive heating and cooling solution, our skilled technicians expertly installed a new packaged outdoor HVAC unit. Water Heater Installation: Addressing a client's request for an upgraded water heater, our dedicated team expertly installed a high-capacity unit tailored to meet the household's hot water demands. The meticulous installation involved assessing the home's specific requirements, strategically placing the new unit, and making precise connections to both plumbing and power supplies. This comprehensive approach guarantees not only a seamless and efficient hot water supply but also maximizes the longevity and performance of the newly installed water heater, providing the client with enhanced comfort and reliability.
Performed maintenance on equipment. Changed filters and found what appears to be mold growth inside downstairs system. Installed Plasma Air to deactivate any live mold spores and stop any new from forming. Found no issues with the equipment at this time.
Performed owed maintenance check on equipment. Customer recently changed filter. Verified working status of urge protector on AC but also recommend installing one on air handler as well. Found no issues with the system at this time, all checks were good. Sent renewal invoice to customers email and they will send in payment.
Diagnosis from 5/31/2023 Evaporator coil leaking refrigerant. Will order, office will call to schedule repair. No filter drier required, isolated condenser. Need 2” pvc couplings and 3/4” fittings to reattach drain and intake. When coil is replaced, please remove net on condenser coil and clean coil, no net needed back.
Dead capacitor not allowing ac to come on. Replace with a new 40/5mfd capacitor and tested operation. Refrigerant pressures look good, and unit is running smoothly.
Performed maintenance on equipment. Customer changed filter and it’s still in good condition. Verified working status of surge protection and discussed renewal of maintenance agreement.
Cooling maintenance check. Added 2 pounds of r410a to the 10 yr old york ac unit. Filter was still in good condition.
2012 Heil heat pump system using AA313 filter. Replaced filter. All checks good at this time and customer will renew Cozy HVAC plan today .
Replaced control board on Bosch heat pump under warranty.
16 yr old Gibson ac has multiple issues. Unit is empty of refrigerant. The unit has been retrofitted to use refrigerant 422B that we do not use. Unit also has a fan motor that has failed on it. Furnace is just as old. Customer is getting an estimate to replace the system today.
AC maintenance visit. Performed air conditioning maintenance tune-up and Added 2 lbs of r410a to Goodman package unit. Did not see any traces of oil with visual inspection. Left unit running with pressures of 120/300 and a 21 degree temperature drop.
Air conditioner repair visit. Compressor was not able to start due to a weak capacitor. Performed AC repair and replaced capacitor under warranty and checked unit for proper operation. Advised customer of benefits of regular air conditioning maintenance - Customer declined maintenance program.
2013 Goodman heat pump system w/ 16x25x1 filter. Arrived to find main breaker tripped for the outdoor a/c unit. After a few attempts the breaker cooperated, however when asking the system for cooling, the compressor does not engage, neither does blower motor, and only the outdoor fan motor comes on. During visit I got proper voltage into/out of contactor and no issue with capacitor. Customer to be scheduled for a return tech visit to dive further for diagnosis. Customer watches home for homeowners, but system is barely ran and nobody to have been in the home to note when the problem started occurring.
