Jason Bock was excellent at explaining aspects of my ac unit and what the problem was. He also showed me how to change the necessary filters and the correct setting for my humidifier. Very good service. Also, they were able to fit my unit in quickly.

Performed Platinum Comfort Club Membership Tune-Up on Cooling System Checked running refrigerant pressures and capacitor. Cleaned out the unit. Checked and cleaned all electrical connections. Noticed there is no surge protection on unit.
Service No Charge Checked refrigerant pressures. Pressure is at 136 low 276 high. Changed filter with a new 413. Unit is running great at this time. Also customer showed me condensate pump line was installed flat and is restricting water flow.

Performed Platinum Comfort Club Membership Tune-Up on Cooling System Maintenance check on 6yr old Lennox split system w/ AA413 filter. Replaced filter. Found 240v surge protector no longer active on outdoor unit. Replaced surge. All checks good at this time.
