Installation men were very efficient, courteous & cleaned up after installation. My one complaint is the furnace would not start due to a wire not connected from factory & technician had to figure it out & fix. Plus when furnace installed my outer door to furnace would not close. Furnace was bigger than my previous one thus not being able to close door to furnace. Another problem is vents bent on furnace door in some places. None of these problems were the fault of the installation men.

Diagnosed system low on refrigerant due to leak in evaporator coil. Added 1lb R410a to get system cooling properly, customer would like an estimate to replace the system. Provided pricing to replace evaporator coil, approximately a 2 week wait time on a coil
AC Repair & Furnace repair visit. investigated issues and Found unit gas valve to be off, gas pressures on low stage were set to 3.44. Also found AC fan speeds to not be set, set speeds for 2 tons of Air. Also found feel jumper for Y1/y2 To not be installed. All problems have been corrected.
Diagnosed burnt capacitor and start assist. Multiple wires burnt, potential compressor damage. Needs contactor and defrost control
Dig out the line at the house on the right side, remove the leak section of pipe through the wall, core drill for a pvc sleeve to go through the wall to protect the water line, install new line from the outside wall to the inside with a new shut off valve and cover back with the dirt that was removed.

Performed Platinum Comfort Club Membership Tune-Up on Heating System Checked gas pressures and checked capacitor values as well as amperage’s. Found flu pipe leaking vent gas and condensation and is not properly attached to th furnace. Educated customer on benefits of replacing system. Set comfort advisor appointment for 1-3 today. Also educated customer on IAQ to help prevent dust buildup in new system.
