Fujitsu on the left side of the training room is out of refrigerant, leak is located on the back of the unit on the suction line. Will create a quote for the repair, and return with the necessary supplies. Second unit on the right side is a Klimaire mini split and the condenser is located inside of the building which is what has caused much of the failures. Unit is missing the remote, both evaporator and condenser coil is packed with dirt. To get to a point where we could even appropriately test it would cost roughly $1000.00. Second unit should be replaced and condenser relocated to the roof like the Fujitsu. Will discuss pricing and replacement options with management.
Commercial Service Fee Furnace is extremely dirty, black dust covering everything. Fuse was blown and refrigerant charge was low. Charged the system, tested operation, unit is performing as well as it can for its age and condition.
