Arrived to find unit “off†I engaged unit to run in heating mode, it cam on per request and ran without issue. After talking with homeowner about alleged problem she stated she saw lights flashing in unit while unit wasn’t running. I informed her that that indicates “normal operation†she also stated unit hasn’t ever lost stat satisfaction call seems to be misunderstood operation. I did recall faults and unit did have 2 flashes siting to check pressure switch wires, I gave thorough evaluation of pressure switches, drain and vent and couldn’t conclude any issues with unit. All checks are good, I did treat drainage with dawn
Coil fully frozen and needs to defrost customer will call back in the filter was extremely dirty replaced and should fix problems
