Service Call Platinum Client did previously diagnose bad outdoor thermistor on UP20 did re install thermistor and tested it 15.56 ohms read for 58 degrees ambient was approximately 57 degrees pressures in heating were 134/313 @58 degrees did correlate with PT chart provided on manufacturing data. will return for cooling maintenance to put in test mode to fine tune refrigerate do not believe their to be issue. unit was running with furnace dual fuel application was set up in tstat previously but no differentials were set , did set compressor lock out to 30 degrees and did set furnace lock out to 45 degrees when return will see if he is comfortable with those settings. did install surge protection on outdoor unit as well as renewed cozy plus
Service Call After Hours Fee Diagnosed cause of water in-floor is due to a clogged drain trap preventing condensation from draining out of the drain pan. Cleaned drain with a shop vac, cleaned and flushed with water and dish liquid. recommended yearly maintenance checks and flushing drain periodically to prevent future clogging
System needed jumper wire between y1 & y2 to kick into high fan speed system operating properly at this time.
