I completed a service call on a Five Star 96% 80,000 BTU Gas Furnace.
I installed Five Star 96% 80,000 BTU Gas Furnace 4T 17"
Checked outside unit, no operation. Can hear the contactor humming at the a/c from the corner service panel, unit is receiving low voltage signal but no high voltage to operate both outdoor motors. Noticed the service disconnect had been flipped to the OFF position. This disconnect service plug is normally off in times of service, installation, or temporary off for a return repair. Flipped disconnect to the ON position. Unit turns on in cooling, no unusual noises.
