1) After agreeing to let GSM to the work, I was told that a portable cooling unit would be brought since I did not have any cooling. I wasn't told 'if there are any units in the shop, i will bring one'. 2) I had to initiate the call as to when the job was going to start. It is sort of like once you sign the contract you drop in a bucket. 3) Once the installation started the techs were very good, very personable. 4) Less than 2 weeks after installation, had a board failure. I called the number on the unit and no one answered, talk about sinking feeling. I called all the numbers that I happen to have. Thank goodness that Sean left me with Mr. Messer's number. So between calling both Sean's something was initiated. So far the unit is running very well. I have actually had to turn the temperture up.
