Mr. Walters was very considerate as he explained his service and the way for me to do a little maintenance myself. He dealt with our situation very kindly and gave our AC unit all of its needed attention. We were not in your system as contract customers, and he patiently asked for my paperwork, which indeed showed that we are paid up and within 12 months of our annual contract. Since we were not in the "system" as customers, I felt that GC AC had mishandled our trust in your company. Mr. Chad smoothed it over by explaining that he was updating your information. Please send me a reminder when our contact is close to expiring. Mr. Chad was very professional!!
