The service we were provided was top of the line. From the office staff to the technicians. Both displayed genuine care and professionalism. The technician spoke about the issue in terms I could understand which is ware! We had been without air for about a week which I explained to the technician, once I made the appointment for later in the week I received a call the next day saying they would be able to do it earlier than scheduled! Installed Trane package heat pump downstairs and a Trane split system heat pump for upstairs.
Customer called for no heat, found unit had faulty flame rod. Installed new flame rod and heat was up and running.
