Called at 7:30 Saturday morning before heading out of town when the heat went out. Understood there was a fee as explained but the older kids would be at home watching the four legged ones for a few days and needed the heat to work. Christian came after we left as we were told he had to do another job out of town first. Luckily, when he got here it was a quick fix and reasonably charged us. He was honest about what he found and had it working. Four days later we returned home and that night the heat went out. Christian came out again and found multiple parts issues and it took an additional day to get everything and fix it. Our unit is at least ten years old and we know the time is coming. But, again we felt he did honest work and told us up front what the costs were to fix it. Jessica helped from the first call and through the last calling us to check in the day after to make sure it was working well. Coldest days and nights of the year this weekend coming and we are happy to have heat. Thanks for being professional and we appreciate all those involved.
