After evaluating air quality in a Littlefield home, recommended an Aprilaire whole-home purifier to capture fine particles, dust, and pet dander. Explained integration with the existing HVAC system and filter replacement intervals. Great solution for families with allergy concerns this fall.
Completed seasonal maintenance on Carrier system. Cleaned condenser coil (extremely dirty from nearby cotton field), replaced standard filter with MERV 11, checked refrigerant pressure (perfect at manufacturer specs). Tightened all electrical connections and applied dielectric grease to prevent corrosion. System running at peak efficiency now - should reduce operating costs during summer heat. Recommend next service in 6 months before heating season.
