The guys at Hart are prompt and on time, always friendly and professional. Mostly do seasonal tune-ups but when we do have a problem they show up quickly. Highly recommend!

Heating System Tune-Up: Arrived at the client’s home to perform a scheduled furnace maintenance. Cleaned burners and heat exchanger, inspected electrical connections and the thermostat, tested the blower motor and safety controls, and replaced the air filter. Verified proper airflow, temperature output, and overall heating performance to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Heating and Cooling System Replacement: Arrived at the client’s home to install refurbished heating and air conditioning equipment. Removed the existing units and installed the refurbished furnace and AC system, reconnecting all ductwork, electrical wiring, and refrigerant lines. Performed system startup, tested operation in both heating and cooling modes, and verified proper performance. Reviewed system features and maintenance recommendations with the client and confirmed the installation was successfully completed.
Heating Repair Service: Arrived at the client’s home for a service call regarding the furnace not producing enough heat. Inspected the system and identified a malfunctioning igniter and a clogged air filter. Replaced the igniter, cleaned and replaced the air filter, and checked all electrical connections and vents. Tested the furnace to verify safe operation, proper airflow, and consistent heating performance.
Furnace Tune-Up and Repairs: Arrived at the client’s home in response to a service call. Performed a furnace inspection by cleaning burners and the heat exchanger, checking the blower motor and safety controls, inspecting electrical connections, and replacing the air filter. Diagnosed a faulty igniter affecting startup, replaced the igniter, and tested the system. Verified proper heating performance, airflow, and safe operation.
