Responded to a no-cool situation in Lorenzo, TX. Found a failing dual-run capacitor and pitted contactor at the outdoor condenser. Replaced both components and balanced refrigerant pressures. After testing system performance, the HVAC unit is back to normal operation with improved energy efficiency.
