After having issues with our heating we contacted our home warranty, and they sent out their service provider, and we had a bad experience with that technician. We felt that he wasn’t being completely honest with the information that he was giving us. So, we decided to get a second opinion and reached out to Hawthorne. We had used this company in the past for plumbing, and was happy with the service so we decided to return. Todd’s warm and friendly personality made me feel comfortable and easy to talk to. He took the time to show me how everything works and addressed my concerns with me. He gave me his honest opinion on the condition. It was a completely different experience than the first guy.
