I am a practical person and since I have been around awhile, this was the second visit in two days. First problem was fixed and system ran until about 10pm them quit. Seth came out rather quickly after I called again because the compressor had stopped running. He went right to the problem, it was like he already knew. The system is 10 years old and being that the first sentence in this review states a fact. I know from experience that when you change out an electrical component that fails sometimes there is a cascade effect that takes out something else, like the capacitor that failed. I did let Seth talk me into the upgrades to the system, but hopefully it keeps it working for awhile. Very knowledgeable watched him multitask with another tech on the phone at the same time.
