Henry did an excellent job explaining his observations and repairs needed. He took several photos of what needs to be done to take care of the problem and emailed them to me so I was able to forward photos to Allen Butts Electric so he would know what the issue is before he shows up for service call. I've always been happy with Herdrix's service. Terrific staff!
