A snow-laden tree fell on our house power line, breaking neutral, and thus causing blown fuses and toasted surge protectors throughout the house. Hendrix in general was able to prioritize a visit same day (many electricians were quoting a week out), and Nick at Hendrix did a full system inspection, and got emergency-mode heating working. A minor frustration (not Hendrix's fault) is that Hendrix staff is authorized to work within the heating/cooling equipment, but only licensed electricians can deal with the fuse panel and wiring to the same equipment. On normal installs, Hendrix and an electrician do their part back to back. In an emergency like ours requiring whole house trouble shooting (I/we thought some wires could be compromised), its basically impossible to get both skills onsite at the same time.
