Scott was our service technician assigned to do our “6 month check up” on the AC and furnace. He was very thorough and very courteous. Reassured us that all is well going into the hot summer here in Arizona. Went above and beyond to make sure all my questions and concerns were answered. He also changed out several of our smoke alarm batteries which was very much appreciated. Hobaica always calls to remind me when we are due for our 6 month check up. I also appreciate the communication that Hobaica provides regarding not only the name but also a picture of the technician that will be arriving. Thank you!

Follow up to replace indoor coil under manufacture part warranty. Recovered refrigerant from system. Removed and replaced indoor coil, biflow drier. Pressurized system to 300 PSI and checked for all connection made. Evacuated system down to 500 microns. Weight in 5lbs 13oz of fresh R410A. Cycled system on cooling and found system pressure 110/300 PSI. Supply air temp 50 and return 73 degrees. Cycled system on heating and found
blower motor, airflow, temp rise and system is all operating normally and within manufacture specifications at this time, ready for winter. Also performed whole house plumbing inspection, water heater in backyard has small amount of rust on hot water outlet, it is dry and ok now. 3 bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, water stops and supply hoses all ok. thank your for your continued confidence.
