As a long time Hobaica customer, I took advantage of your water heater flush special. Most folks never think to routinely do this task. Terrill Jack arrived, greeted me and I immediately formed the opinion that this is the kind of guy I could be friends with. He did a very good job and offered information on a unit replacement should this become necessary. I am always "turned off" by an employee who has a negative attitude or appears to be indifferent about his job. Terrill, on the other hand, seemed to like his job and is a very good representative of the high level of service I have enjoyed through the years with Hobaica.
