Replace compressor for wine cellar
In gold canyon performing a scheduled maintenance on to Lennox inverter split heat pump systems. I inspected the filters, ductwork and airflow, indoor temperature differential, amp draw motors, checked and tightened all electrical connections. Checked refrigerant pressures at condenser, checked amp draw of compressor and outdoor fan motor. Both units are operating properly at this time. Thank you for choosing Hobaica services!
Performed bi annual service on a wine cellar refrigeration system. Cycled system on cooling and checked refrigerant pressure, electrical, motors bearing, amp draws, run caps, start cap, coils, temperature an drain pump down operational. Found system is operational ok at this time.
Performed a maintenance inspection on 2 Lennox split gas systems located in the closet and on the ground. Checked thermostat operation, the air filters, and rinsed the condenser coils. Checked motors, amp draws, run caps, electrical connections, coils, condensate drains, refrigerant pressures, and temp splits. The systems are operating properly at this time.
