Steven was fantastic. Courteous, knowledgeable and professional are just a few adjectives to describe the service I received. I'm not crazy a 5 hr wait window. Seems that most companies have about a two hour window. Also, Steven suggested a surge protector for the brand new AC unit we had installed last year. Seems when you buy a top of the line unit a surge protector would be standard fare. I will discuss this further with management.

Steven was very informative. He took the time to tell me about the hot water heater service. He mentioned the hot water heaters were 10 years old and asked if they had been serviced. We will be scheduling that service, so that we will not have a problem in the future. It's nice to get someone that cares about their job and likes their job. Thank you.

Good presentation , good explanations given by the technician on site. The format of the report could be improved, mainly the repairs which should be done cost of part cost of manpower, lead time. A few warning on the R 22 which will be discontinued soon... It's suggestions only , I am pleased with the inspection.
