Declined condensate saftey.

Upon arrival customers report downstairs unit not cooling. I cycled system on and outdoor I found contactor switch is pulled in but nothing on. Diagnosed as failed run capacitor for both the compressor and outdoor fan motor. It was buldged out and reading 0 mfd.
