A/C repair. The air conditioner was struggling to cool the home efficiently, with warm air blowing through the vents. Discovered a clogged evaporator coil and a malfunctioning thermostat as the root causes of the problem. After cleaning the coil and replacing the thermostat, the AC unit was restored to optimal performance.
Installed a Trane vertical split furnace in a residential home. The new furnace was then tested to ensure it was working properly for the home. The customer is pleased with the replacement.
