While the service was great, I didn’t like having to sign two “documents” on line. One was in very, very small prInt and too long to read and the second place I had to sign had no words, just a line requiring my signature. As a retired banker, I absolutely did not want to sign any documentation that had hard to read content and then no content. I told Scott that I signed under protest because I didn’t want to give him a hard time. Other than that, Scott was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. He represents your company very well.
