Air filters badly need changed more often, I highly recommend duct cleaning for each system which incudes cleaning the indoor coils and entire blower assembly, condensate drain pan and drain line as well as the clothes dryer vent. Additionally I found there is rust in the emergency drain pan of the older trane unit located in the attic, I recommend adding a condensate safety flood preventer switch inside of this pan to help make sure no more water gets in it. Please see attached estimates, customer stated her husband will let us know about duct cleaning and the condensate safety, she declined both for now.
