Wow - I really don't know what else to say. From start to finish River Reed showed 100% professionalism, dedication, and goal toward resolving the issue with my air-conditioner. All along the repair process, he kept me fully informed and got my OK before starting on anything that would have a cost attached. He made sure I understood everything and was open to my many questions which he answered fully. After he had switched out the bad part and had the air-conditioner running again, he stayed a little while to make sure all was OK - checking the outflow temperature of the air coming out of the vents to make sure. What impressed me most is River's focus to make sure to take care of the problem I had with a faulty air-conditioner. This level of customer service is so rare and hard to come by these days -- I want to express my SINCERE and HEARTFELT thank you to River for the outstanding work he did and the true professionalism he exhibited today. His willingness to go beyond what may be the basic scope of the job and his genuine concern for our well-being and safety makes River a SHINING STAR in my books. Thank you so very much kind Sir!!!!
