Due to the need to wait for a replacement part to arrive from the supplier, River had to come back out to my home to complete the needed work on my air unit. As with the initial visit, River called to let me know how long it would be before he arrived at my home (and he was pretty well spot on), was thoroughly knowledgeable, and professional, informed me of what he needed to do, took and showed me pictures of the before and after (the air unit is on my rooftop), even showed me the defective part that was replaced. He was quick, efficient, and a perfect gentleman all the time. To top it all off, River even apologized that I had to wait a few days for the needed replacement part to arrive so he can then complete the work -- his thoughtfulness and kindness were a total surprise. Before he left, he again asked if I had any more questions or concerns that he can take care of as he was already here at the house. Hobaica has always been my go-to company for my HVAC installation, and service work, and due to this EXCELLENT and PERFECT repair service call due to River's work and kindness, I will certainly refer the company to all my family and friends. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.... Honey (my Maltipoo to who River showed great kindness and gentleness) misses you already.
