I got five estimates, and while Hobaica's quote was not the least expensive, it was very fair, and I was impressed with their professionalism. My new unit worked flawlessly and saved me considerably on my electric bill. I just moved into a new home and transferred my service contract to my new address. Steven came out and checked out my heat pump and was on time, courteous and very professional. Because my heat pump on my new house is rather old, it will need to be replaced in the near future. Because of such a positive experience with Hobaica, I already know I will use them when I am ready to purchase a new one. There is no question that Hobaica really cares about their customers.
