When Justin of Hobaica Services arrived our smoke detector in our living room was chirping. Olga told him that it was doing so for the past 3 days. She called the fire department to come out and change the battery with new ones we purchased in advance to do so. After waiting 3 days for their return call they called today that they do not do that. Justin replied that he could easily instal the new battery we had into the noisy smoke detector alarm. He brought in a ladder from his van, climbed up and replaced the alarm's very low battery with a new 9v battery we provided. The chirping and noise stopped and all was well within 2 minutes andquietly normal again afterwards. Justin continued on all the maintenance of our split AC/gas furnace Trans unit and found no issues to report. He also tested our carbon monoxide detecter, also our thermostat and said that our system is now ready for winter. Also thanks for choosing Hobaica Services. What a great and thoughtful guy Justin is, in addition to being an excellent service technician. We look forward to seeing Justin again when he returns in late Spring to perform maintenance service on our system so that it's ready for our Arizona Summer weather.
