The serviceman was very courteous and professional. He listened to my concerns, he showed me what he intended to do to implement repairs, and he made suggestions for follow-up. He was extremely tidy and cleaned up after the work was finished; I'm always thankful for conscientious repairmen. I am quite pleased with the results of the work.
