Arron texted his ETA, was on time arriving, checked my air handler and plumbing and recommended one thing that definitely needed fixing. While not the most fun job, due to the under sink access, repair seemed a bit steep, even with the large discount he quoted and the coupon I had. I even had a new, unopened part ready for just that sink. Not his fault for the pricing. I just wanted to let Hobaica know I was not thrilled with the high labor price for the time it took to install. Arron was very professional. Evb
