On Wednesday, 5/21/2025, Honest Heating & Air Devorian Smith arrived at my residence to address an A/C unit issue. He arrived as scheduled and committed to addressing the problem. Upon identifying and correcting the issue, he articulated the me, in details, what the problem was and what likely caused it. During our conversation, I asked several questions to which he answered satisfactory and in details which made me feel confident about his level of institutional knowledge and understanding of his job.
