Jim got here on time, reviewed and diagnosed the problem, went to get the part and replaced it all within approximately an hour and a half! We have heat and all is well! Thanks so much!

I was having a hard time deciding who to go with the replacing the HV AC system. Honey Creek was very informative and patient.. They addressed all my questions and concerns. I chose to go with Honey Creek because they were honest and a small company with a close-knit group of workers. When they came they were very considerate and very personable. They did a great job !
